Jins Meme Smart Glasses Track Fatigue Levels

Jins Meme Smart Glasses Track Fatigue Levels
Dec-22-14
Designed to focus more on the inner world than the outer, the Jins Meme smart glasses help the wearer to keep taps on their fatigue levels and general well-being.

While several fatigue-monitoring devices have already hit the market, the Jins Meme glasses were developed for mainstream applications, with the tech hidden within the glasses. Three electrooculography (EOG) sensors installed in different areas of the glasses track eye motions, while a six-axis accelerometer in the ends of the arms monitor the user's gait. The sensor data is sent to a smartphone app, allowing users to keep an eye on their fatigue level, need to take a break or calories burned.

The company hopes to bring more applications to the glasses, such as focus-training exercises or even tools to help treat neurodegenerative diseases.
