The NeverWet spray-on coating can be easily applied to any object, rendering it waterproof while also slowing bacteria growth preventing staining.
Developed by researchers at Ross Technology, NeverWet is a silicon-based spray made up of nanoparticles that create a hydrophobic surface when sprayed onto a material. Liquids that come in contact with the coating will roll off, allowing the object to resist corrosion, stains, icing and bacteria growth. In tests, an iPhone coated with NeverWet continued to function even after being submerged in water for 30 minutes.

Whoa. This new invention/innovation is really outstanding. I never thought "never-wet-spray" would exist, by God, it does! Posted by Edilberto Durano on January 2, 2013
