NODE Adds Sensors to Smartphones

NODE Adds Sensors to Smartphones
Feb-23-12
The NODE is an external sensor for smartphones, which uses Bluetooth to relay information from one device to another.

The NODE is slightly larger than a C-cell battery, and includes basic sensors including a gyroscope and accelerometer. It can also be updated with other sensors currently in development by designer George Yu, including a gas sensor module and Clima module, which can read weather data such as humidity and wind speed.
