PlayDate Gives a Toy's Eye-View

Apr-23-16 The PlayDate gives pet owners a toy’s-eye view, letting them see the world from the point of view of their pet’s toy.

The appropriately ball-shaped PlayDate is equipped with a Wi-Fi enabled camera that will live-stream video to a paired device. To keep the camera level, it is contained within an inner sphere, along with the electronics, that is contained within a larger, transparent shell. The pet owner can also control the movement of the PlayDate via their smartphone, listen to or talk with the animal, and record photos and video.
