Inspired by emergency protocols, the Qore clothing is embedded with heat-absorbing inserts placed at specific pulse points to channel heat from the wearer’s body. Since research shows that the body uses about 75 percent of its energy to fight heat, the inserts both increase performance while keeping the user cooler, and thus more hydrated. The inserts can be charged by placing them in ice water for about 15 minutes, and they can be recharged indefinitely.
