Nov-01-16 The IoT enabled Si One Smartinjector from QuiO offers the first, real-time way for doctors to track home injection therapies and ensure compliance.

The Si One can deliver any standard syringe-based medication, and can even deliver multiple injections using the same syringe. The dose administration is tracked in real time via the QuiO Cloud software platform using a cellular connection instead of Bluetooth, allowing both the patient and the physician to monitor injection habits.

The QuiO team is currently testing the system to determine to what extent the Smartinjector platform helps to encourage compliance.
