The light on a snowy mountain changes throughout the day. Weather, shade and the lowering sun all contribute to different light conditions, and the wrong set of goggles can make it difficult to identify the terrain.

While some goggles come with switchable lenses for the varying conditions, the Snowstrike goggles let riders change their lenses on the fly, without needing to root around in a pack. The goggles are equipped with LCD crystals that change color and transparency when triggered by an electric current. The change is almost instant, and can be selected manually or set to function automatically based on the conditions.
