Sticky Tags Help Locate Lost Objects

Sticky Tags Help Locate Lost Objects
Dec-01-12
The StickNFind smartphone/adhesive tag system is the next in a growing list of devices dedicated to helping forgetful humans keep track of their stuff.

Currently seeking funding on Indiegogo, the StickNFind tags are about the size of a US quarter, with each one containing a circuit board, replaceable battery, buzzer and LED light. The tags can be stuck to items that are frequently lost, such as car keys or the TV remote, and a custom app allows the tags to be assigned to specific objects. When the object is lost, accessing the app on the smartphone will display how far away the object is (up to 100 feet), allowing the user to find the missing item by moving in different directions to pinpoint its location. The tag will also sound a buzzer or illuminate its LED lights, aiding in the search.

This is a great invention and will be of assistance to those who lose things but also used as a tracker of things people would not like to lose i.e. children, bags etc.

Look forward in seeing this produced and ready to be marketed and sold.

This is an invaluable product! Not only for finding lost things, but if you can increase the signal to cover long distances, it would be extremely useful in tracking stolen goods like appliances and furniture etc. I would definitely purchase this product and recommend it to my friends and family!
