The novel One Point Five bike from Outre boasts a shortened frame length that makes it much easier to carry on public transportation.
The One Point Five can be ridden like a standard bike, but features a tiny, pivoting front wheel that replaces the full-sized version. The single, vertical handlebar holds the brake lever, which will operate the rear disk brake and band-style front brake, and also supports the Shimano RevoShift twist shifter that can shift between eight gears. The One Point Five weighs in at only 22 pounds, which combined with its short frame makes it very easy to carry and store.
