Viora Coffee Lid Enhances Take-Away Coffee

Created by the Seattle-based Vaporpath, the Viora Lid is compatible with conventional takeaway coffee cups and is being marketed to specialty coffee shops. The lid's angular design features a small 'well' that fills when the cup is tipped, allowing the user to sip from the cup just as they would from a regular cup, and an enlarged steam hole lets the coffee's aroma escape, which improves the flavor. The angular design also prevents the coffee from shooting out of the cup when jostled.
