The FORTH innovation method connects day-to-day business reality with outside the box creativity. An important asset of the method is that it creates internal support for innovative new products and services.
FORTH® is an acronym and stands for Full steam ahead, Observe and Learn, Raise ideas, Test ideas and Homecoming.
(Potential) customers play an important role in the FORTH innovation process. In the second step: observe and learn you will identify customer insights. And in step 4, the new product ideas are directly tested among the target group before developing them into mini new business cases.
