Turn Office Waste into Toilet Paper

The "White Goat" recycles office waste into toilet paper. Forty sheets of paper will convert into one roll of toilet paper at a cost of about 10 cents per roll, and saves 60 trees per year.

How sterile is this paper though? Perhaps it would see better use as hand towel instead of toilet paper. It kinda looks rough too & I'm wondering about how practical it is to use 30 minutes of energy to produce one roll of toilet paper.
