Fretlocks Open New Musical Possibillites

Fretlocks Open New Musical Possibillites
Oct-13-15
The single string capo Fretlocks let guitarists play “impossible music” by allowing the musician to fret a single string for more chord varieties.

Created by Jonny West, company co-founder, the Fretlocks are available in three string gauge sizes. To install the tiny capos, the user chooses the appropriate Fretlock size, peels off the adhesive backing, and presses the device in place on the fretboard. The chosen string is then pressed between the Fretlock blades, where it is held securely for the duration of the song.

According to satisfied users, the Fretlocks open up a new range of sounds and chord shapes previously not possible.
