Currently in the prototype phase, the Go2Sleep ring joins the ranks of sleep-tracking wearables, monitoring the user’s vitals, such as blood oxygen level and heart rate, as well as their movements during the night. According to the developers, the Go2Sleep device will then offer personalized advice for better sleep, as well as let the user know if they might be suffering from sleep apnea.
