It is always valuable to add original content about ideas, inventions and collaborative problem solving in your country. You must not add any duplicate content that is elsewhere on the internet. Interviews are excellent and not only give readers some valuable information, but, in the process, also inform the person you are interviewing about IdeaConnection.com.

Marketing
Get website listed in search engines and directories of your country.

Exchange links with relevant sites in your country. After they have put up a link to us, we will put up an appropriate link under the "Resources" page. There are certain sites we will not link to.

Email or phone as many related industry groups, innovation and inventors groups, problem solving software companies, related magazines, authors, professors teaching innovation, etc. as you can.

Be interviewed on radio or television or the internet.

Post appropriate entries about the website into blogs, news groups and forums. DO NOT SPAM!

Do interviews - as mentioned in Content.

Advertise to professionals seeking work, letting them know that this is a way they may earn money.

Do Press Releases.

Note: you do not have to do all these things, but you must have the skills and resources to do two or more.

Performance Targets
Minimum performance targets are:

basic site of approximately 20 pages translated within 2 weeks

Minimum marketing results are:

1,000 Problem Solvers signed up within 3 months
2 each of new inventions for sale, technologies wanted and requests for funding, being entered each day by 6 week mark
5 each day by 3rd month
10 each day by 6th month
20 each day by first year

Income of $2,000 a month by 3rd month
Income of $10,000 a month by first year

Payment
Commission.
These prices are for 2008, and are subject to your signed contract with Online Data Services Ltd. You will receive a percentage of income from your country as follows:

The posting of Technology Wanted Ads: 20% of funds received from your country.

Posting of Problems to be Solved: 3% of the total received from your country. Note: 85% is paid out to the Problem Solvers.

Ads posted in the Resources Section: 40% of ad revenue from your country.

Branding of a Company's ThinkSpace: 20% of the funds received from your country.

Inventors ThinkSpace: 20% of the funds received from your country.

Partners will receive a percent of income on new services added for their country.

There is a fee to become a Partner, depending on the size of the market in your country, and what you commit to, due upon submission of signed contract. Sign up fees range from $25,000 to $95,000 and can be largely offset by what the partner brings to IdeaConnection.com. Example: a database of 5,000 problem solvers, or 100 requests for Technology Wanted, or 10,000 ideas and inventions for sale, etc.

There will be a minimum performance clause which we will negotiate together.
