ABSTRACT:
With little modifications in the Tower Crane Design and INTEGRATION with latest available Technologies in Lifts, Roller Coasters, Rope Ways, etc, we can use them in Public Transportation. It is a new mode of Transportation, which save a lot of Time and Fossil Fuels (Petrol, Diesel, etc)

Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen
Thank you all for giving me this opportunity of Presenting the
FLY CARS Project personally.
Firstly, I want to make sure you that I am not a technical person.
The entire notes I had prepared based on ‘End user Imagination’ only.
From time to time my friends, Professors in Engineering Colleges encouraged & tendered their personal opinions while drafting this abstract at different stages at different times at different levels and contacts.
1. A great saying:
Three (3) stupid stages in LIFE.
Teenage - have TIME & ENERGY but no MONEY.
Working Age - have MONEY & ENERGY but no TIME
Old Age - have TIME & MONEY but no ENERGY.
---- and most of the population on the earth is in the Working age
If we can show the way to save their time, at least their 'Journey Time' (save from Traffic Jam and fatigue), it will be fantastic, and our Business will be a successful proposition, in the world.
Traffic Jam is a common problem in almost all the Cities in the World.
FLY CARS Project will be one of the answers for Traffic Jams. With this Project, Fossil Fuels (Petrol, Diesel, etc) consumption will be drastically minimized. A lot of time will be saved for commuters.
In Cities like Chennai, Bangalore the Metro Railway System is doing very good service in catering the Public Transport.
Escalators, Elevators, Vertical Passenger Lifts, etc are in the service of Public to take them up, high places like Metro Railway Stations, different floors of the Buildings.
Need: - From Metro Railway Stations to their Colonies, places of Residence/Business, people have to walk for 2 to 3 kms. or depend on other means of transportation like 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, Buses, etc. It is creating Traffic Jams and heavy consumption of Fossil Fuels (Petrol, Diesel, etc).
To take the public from Metro Railway Station to their Colonies, the FLY CAR Project is designed.
In this system, the Tower Crane Mast and Jib is used. Vertical Lifts are used for taking the load up and transfer to Tower Crane Jib. Roller Coaster Technology is used for horizontal to & fro movement of 20 seater Crucible. (1.5 Ton weight, appx)
Decentralization of Finance:
In this project we can offer Business Partnership or share holding to all the Public who are having and willing, high rise buildings, apartments, commercial buildings, in the 360 degrees diameter area of a Tower Crane Jib length (say 100 meters = 330 ft). Their individual investment will be very low. We use only "Building Top" area for landing / boarding Public and come down through external Lifts. They can get fixed (nominal) income on their investment and variable income on the traffic, that particular Pick-up Centre handling due to its location.
3. This (totally software operated) Fly Car Project can do 24 hours service, cargo handling during night time, vegetables / cargo from outskirts of City to apartment "collection Centers" so that Public can get at their door step in the morning. 4. We do NOT need a particular place for Tower Crane Mast. With the surrounding Metal Pillars of a Building / apartment, we can arrange the JIB rotating mechanism on the Building Top. Tower Crane Masts can be installed on the Traffic Islands like “Effil” Towers design.
5. With this Project satellite town ships can be extended in the nearby districts of the City, because journey time / problem is totally solved. We can start personalized services with advance journey reservation, e-ticketing, resulting in usage of two wheelers / three wheelers / four wheelers and Public transport can be drastically minimized.
6. You are already having 99 % of required skilled men, material, finance, Technology (successful), etc. Now the only thing is required is the willingness to adopt new concept in R & D Team.
Why Traffic Jam Occurs?
Roads are designed to handle certain level of traffic – Vehicular / Human.
In due course, there will be increase in users, vehicles, and timing
(People want to use the roads at the same time in their hurry.), etc.
In this project we use the Buildings / Apartments “Building Top” as our landing / boarding place. Hence, we can reduce the congest on the roads.
Every Building whether it is 2 floors, 5 floors or 10 floors will have a Building Top which is lying idle.
Legislation – for necessary permissions to construct high rise Buildings.
Ex:-A separate section can be established in TUDA (Tirupati Urban Development Authority) for screening the applications before granting necessary permission.
Legal – KEVET
In future any individual can go to Court, saying, “stop” the slicing in the air
(Say at 100 ft height) above his property.
To face this type of hazards we have to take care in advance, by taking necessary legal help from a leading Supreme Court Lawyer, as our Consultant / IIT Mumbai, ecel, https://www.lawkonect.com/. We have no need to pay money in advance,
rather if he accepts, we can offer him with Business Partnership.
This will give good results.
Human tendency
We are accustomed easily to our surroundings / circumstances
and sustain ourselves.
We can start personalized Services like crucibles with Internet facility, Restaurants, etc on with trolleys on Metro Rails
for longer distances travels. Daily commuters.
We can organize special trips for marriages, corporate schools, corporate offices,
It is very very difficult to install, operate and successfully execute the first Fly Car Mast. It will be a little difficult for the first 5% Fly Cars.
But after successful completion / operation of the Fly Cars,
we have to gear-up ourselves to cope up the demand worldwide.
Commuters will get fresh air for moments in Fly cars
No need install in the congested areas like Bus Stand, Railway Stations,
in the initial stages, with high cost, high risk and with great difficulty
for getting permissions, etc.
We can start with satellite town ships, posh colonies and equip ourselves in all respects like financial bargain, etc.
Work to be done
Advertisement in TV – after making Virtual animation / graphics, proto type model, etc and registration with concerned quarters for execution under PPP.
A Commuter will receive the message in his mobile:
Congratulations – you have saved 30 liters Petrol / 25 Liters Diesel / saved a lot or your personal time
by using the Fly Cars in the last week for your travel / transportation / movement as per Google Map distances
Power Generation
I do not forget the great saying, & basic principle in Physical Sciences, saying that “we cannot create or destroy energy; we can only transform the energy
from one form to other and reap benefits.
Power Required to Lift 1 Ton weight to a height of 5 Meters,
Power generated when 1 Ton weight slides 100 meters distance.
Say 1000 watt as input to lift 5 meters
And we get 950 watt as output - still it is very useful
because it saves a lot of times to commuters.
But in a good & correct Business,
we invest Rs.1000/- and can reap more money than Rs.1000/-
Here, the basic law is different (economics). In share market, 10 people loss @ Rs.10/- each and one person get Rs.100/- profit.

Technical Description / DESIGN
I want to clarify, that it is not a new Technology Development. It is only "INTEGRATION" of latest available Technologies / Designs in Tower Cranes, Vertical Lifts, Roller Coasters, Rope Ways, etc.
At present In Tower Cranes, Counter weight is used, to hold the JIB and also to lift the Load at JIB tip end. Instead, we use JIB in Diameter, i.e., on two sides of the Mast.
Whereas, in our project, there is no need to lift the load. Load is already taken up by the Lifts to Building
Building Top. The work of TowerCrane is only to pick up that load for horizontal movement from its
JIB tip end to its Mast near, rotate and again move the load back to the other end (tip) at some other
Location.
While transferring the load on Building Top from Lift Platform to Tower Crane JIP tip end, the JIB should be
locked to the Pick-up Center on the Building top, and become a foot over Bridge, for safety.
The work of the Designer is, to connect tower Crane JIB Tip and Lift Platform on Building Top in the
Pick Up Centre for movement of Passenger loaded Trolley / Crucible.
It is just like Load moving on rails from one point to other.

The above design shows those two numbers of loads moving in (to near Tower Crane Mast from JIB Tip end) and other two numbers of loads moving out.
After the JIB in Diameter (two sides of Tower Crane Mast) lock to Pickup Centre on Building Top and become foot over bridge for safety, the loads take horizontal movement from Building Top (from Lift Plat form – Pick up Centre) to Tower Crane Mast near.
Then JIB takes needed rotation (say 90 degrees) and lock to pick up Centers on Building Top at other Location. Then loads take horizontal movement and reach lift plat form to come down through Lifts.

• Which specific market problem do you (try to) solve?
Traffic Jam is a common problem in almost all the Cities in the World. Traffic Jam / Traffic / Travel Distance - is a common problem / need in almost all cities of the world, which consumes a lot of TIME, causes fatigue to the Public. At present Urban Population are compelled to use two-wheeler, three-wheeler, four-wheeler, Public Transport for their movement to reach their Destinations. Name: - FLY CARS PROJECT. With little modifications in the Tower Crane Design and INTEGRATION with in Vertical Lifts, etc, we can use them in “Public Transportation”. Traffic Jam problem can be solved. Fossil Fuels (Petrol / Diesel), etc can be saved.Waiting time / crossing traffic signals by Public can be minimized. It is a New Mode of Transportation. At a later stage, there is possibility for unlimited Power Generation in this Project

This is a new mode of Transportation. No other mode of transport can move men / material with this speed. Of course, Helicopters can do to some extent. But they are not economical / technically feasible. In this project most of the public will be allowed to have share in one form or other and hence a sense of responsibility / ownness will prevail in Society. WELL,THE STAGE ELEVATOR & HORIZONTAL WALKWAY IS THE BEST AND SAFE WAY FOR THE PEOPLE.ALL OTHER ARE MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS--may be cranes/zip cranes etc.according to my view.

Thank you very much for sharing the details of your ambitious project with me to help me better understands how you would use our flywheels. Beacon’s flywheel technology acts as a mechanical battery, spinning at high speeds to rapidly absorb and inject energy. We would be interested in supporting innovative projects such as yours, but it seems from the documents I read through that the initial project would be located in either China or India. Beacon is itself a growing company and currently we are focusing on the North American markets. AS our company expands we hope to move into overseas markets as we gain the resources that would enable us to do that. We plan on having these capabilities in the next year or two.
The flywheel is a spinning machine that stores energy kinetically. It can rapidly absorb energy or inject energy. It has a power rating range, from 160 kw discharged over 3.6 minutes to 100kw discharged over 15 minutes. These individual units are modular, meaning a single unit can operate along with a system, or many units can be integrated into a system, our flywheels are configurable to meet a customer's power needs. I reviewed the document you sent and I neither saw an RPM speed that needs to be maintained nor did I see a power rating. Depending on how much energy/power your device requires will give you some idea of what sort of generation you will require, how much, and if you want to incorporate storage, what type. I hope this helps.
As a matter of professional curtsey, in order to protect your ideas when searching for additional resources, you might want to consider converting your word documents into pdfs. I would suggest this only to protect yourself and your ideas from being stolen. Also, you gave me a lot of information without knowing too much about me or Beacon. I don’t know if there is any legal counsel that you work with or are associated with, but you may want to consider Non-disclosure agreements in the future. Beacon is not going to do anything with your documents, but depending on who you sent your plans to, you just want to be careful. Also know that NDAs will certainly slow down your discussions with other resources, but it might be worth looking into to protect your ideas.
