My professional work experience for 23 years has been the procurement of raw materials and miscellaneous supplies for one of the largest Philippine conglomerates (with core businesses then in food & agribusiness, beverage, packaging, real estate and now diversifying into energy, power, infrastructure, telecommunications). My interests are in the following areas:
1) Value Analysis or Engineering of existing/prospective agricultural or industrial products where functionality/ utility is improved through analysis and the creative process
2) Valuation of real property, personal property, financial interests & businesses where my professional opinion of value is given following International Valuation Standards. This competence area can be used as a support (as may be required) to any recommended output of Value Analysis or Engineering.
