- I brought online and up to speed a number of related programs that were funded through the Federal HUD Community Development Block Grant program. These programs were created to comply with HUD funding requirements but were never implemented. Therefore, programs were three behind Federal funding target deadlines. Achieved all program mandates and met all Federal deadlines going forward.
