Coming from a diverse experience and background has enabled me to find creative solutions in everything I do. Taking that experience and applying it to the problem solving arena is not a huge leap, but a natural process. The first rule for me is to be open to considering every option. Sometimes, a small change in the way we look at a problem can make a huge difference in our ability to solve it. Of course, the first big challenge is understanding the problem in the first place.

I love facilitating an innovation team. The challenge for me is to make the experience as exciting for the team as it is for me. But, overall, being a part of a team is a gift. It is the gift of discovery shared among all.
