- Replacement of Imported Oil Pumps- due to premature wear of pump housing. Re-bored the housings and used/converted worn out fiber vanes from Air Compressors to replace the metallic vanes and improve the service life/ Productivity problems in Tipping Trailers Re-engineering with modular designs and assembly fixtures simulating final assembly and increased productivity by 4 times/ Engines falling problems in line assembly of motor cycles - made a simple innovative mounting fixture to accommodate both petrol & diesel engines and completely avoided damages to engines.. Quickly learnt the process of tablets manufacture and designed and productionized Rotary Tablet presses within a shorter period. First machine of 1.5 Tonne is running without any problems for about five years to manufacture the toughest products. - Developed the concept of 'Tao of DFM 'after being mentored /blessed by Dr David M Anderson of USA on DFM. Written Two DFM Handbooks on ‘Tao of DFM’ -one on theory and the other on Practice. Done workshops and seminars and webinars on ‘Tao of DFM’. Visited USA five times from India.
