Cost Savings by using Catalyse Enzyme over Conventional Anti oxidants.
• Worked on processing for optimising Soyabean grey, Soyabean Bleach fabric and its natural moisture mgt effect over conventional moisture mgt finish fabric and its naturally superiority in Anti-ultraviolet over cotton ,viscose, and silk.
• Project on Soyabean bleach - colour fastness and dyeing stability over Tencel, Modal and cotton, Project of Bamboo and Soyabean and its Function on Health over cotton, polyester, viscose
• Worked on processing and optimising Bamboo fabric and its natural antimicrobial properties
• Worked on OUTLAST technology
• Worked with Lenzing India on Tencel LF regarding Deep Dyeing and the cost saving on dyeing of Tencel (A-100) as Compared to other textiles.
• Worked on improving the pill value in modal
• Worked on for optimizing of natural dyeing on organic cotton in different shades
• Worked on Moisture management
Worked on Eco knit collection , Heavy metal free patented VSF+ ( Fabrics made up from EXCEL yarn)

On viscose dyed fibre for optimizing shrinkage /spirality at fabric stage

• Worked on optimisation on spirality in 100% Viscose jersey and viscose stretch fabrics

• Worked on optimizing Evaporation and Wicking (P136A and P136B) on Cool and Fresh (Sanitised – anti microbial) on basic knit and stretch fabrics

• Worked on on Dual Water Repellant Finish with C6 Chemistry on stretch fabrics

• Developed Ladies Corporate Trousers in stretch knit fabric
