Chemical Engineer, with a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

15 years of industrial experience working in a chemical company in different areas including: Process Engineering, Research & Development and Project Management. 3 years of experience as University Professor, teaching Statistics, Design of Experiments, Thermodynamics and Mathematical Modelling. Currently working as an independent consultant, researcher and problem solver.

Although I have no experience yet facilitating online groups, I have participated as a solver in different online groups. From this experience as a problem solver in a team, I have realized that a facilitator not only must provide the challenge guidelines to the team, but also should lead the team and provide a clear working methodology for the successful solution of the challenge. I think that my technical background allowed me to learn about different problem-solving methods and strategies, which I could share as a facilitator. Furthermore, I think I have a valuable experience facilitating teams as project manager in several successful projects in industry.
