Frequently I find that the longer My clients have been attempting to solve a problem, the more resources they have committed to it and the more complex their approach has become. I typically begin by returning to the problem and identifying/defining it in it's simplest form, for often the best solutions are the simpliest. Too often in problem soving the optimal solution is obvious, but cannot be seen as it is outside of our established paradigms.

  1. I enabled a start-up plumbing contractor to circumvent a union attempt to shut down the business and have their state issued license revoked.
  2. I have assisted numerous clients develop practical, implementable strategic plans.
  3. I have refuted numerous government agency product rejections thereby gtting the products reinstated.
  4. I enabled a cash strapped start-up company to gain access to new investors for an automated public transport bus computerized fare box.
  5. I enabled Amoco Oil (now BP) to avoid defaulting on supply contracts in the Kansas City market following the shut down of their refinery there and enabled them to profitably continue those supplying contracts an extra two years.
  6. I have obtained ITAR (International Traffic In Arms) licenses that were stuck in the bureaucratic quagmire.
  7. I designed a new test procedure for a construction industry tool to demonstrate that it was operating with the contract's acoustical noise limits.
  8. I have resolved transportation and distribution problems preventing a multi-month shut down of a Canadian petroleum refinery.
  9. I have resolved design problems with a computerized multicolor gas well chart reader, correcting a serious design flaw with a $1 fix/unit and saving hundreds of dollars per unit in the process, but far more importantly, enabling its successful sale at a unit price of $350,000.
  10. I have resolved design problems for military applications on the Next Generation 155mm Advanced Field Artillery System and Rapid Deployment Force 105mm main armament.
