I attended the New York Carpenters school for jointers apprentices and journeymen. There I gained a vast knowledge of all trades and their building systems. While attending The Porter and Chester institute in Chicopee Massachusetts Nicola Tesla became my idol. I researched his many inventions, ideas and patents. I had never known it was he that patented the radio and not Marconi. Electrical theory is still to this day my most facinating subject. I might add having had grown up with 3 chefs and a pastry chef in the house hold I have become quite the colinary artist as well. Watching helping and developing methods to use product in the most efficient ways, maximizing use of the entire kitchen to feed and serve very large amounts of people without sacrificing safety or quality. This is very important to me. Safety protects from liability of injury and the employers budget and quality makes for a satisfied customer which means repeat customers.
