Mdt Bey's Problem Solving Experience:
- For a large fishing company, I came up with a system for storage, rotation and use of our bait to prevent loss of quality.
- While working with Dish Network one of our duties as remote technicians was to take inventory of our stock and materials. Labels where very small and hard to read. I came up with the idea of marking every box with a specific part number clearly visible. The system saved each member of my team up to an hour a week stocking new deliveries as well as taking inventory. And an additional 2 hours a week at our nightly closing and inventory.
