Areas Mike Williamson, PhD is Knowledgeable in:

1. Original
Research, as Principal Investigator, Co-investigator, Statistical
Analyst, or Scientific Author/Publisher
2. Interpersonal relationships, using my proprietary Technologies that
reduce conflict and turnover in the workplace, or improve match-ups in
dating, marital or social situations.
3. Information Technology Development and Application, especially as it
relates to personnel staffing issues or the controlled management of
organizational cultures and predicting "success" for a variety of key
performance indicators, such as but not limited to: quality and quantity
of job performance, sales, turnover/retention, risk, customer service,
reduction of Worker's Compensation claims.

Techniques Mike Williamson, PhD Uses:

I use statistical procedures available through SPSS for analyzing data and the
transformational facilities of SPSS and Excel to develop original equations that score and validate Surveys, test hypotheses, and predict outcomes.

Mike Williamson, PhD's Problem Solving Skills:

  1. Oranizational Culture Development
  2. Information Technology: Developed 7 ITs for Personnel Staffing
  3. Instrument Development (Surveys, Tests)
  4. Statistical Analysis

Mike Williamson, PhD's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I have authored or co-authored and published over 60 articles, mostly in
peer review scientific journals, including, Pediatrics, The New England
Journal of Medicine and the Proceedings of the National Academy of
    Science.
  2. I developed a sixteen lesson tutorial that instructs trainees on how
to interpret personality profiles. Certified Trainees have the ability
to interpret 144 unique personality profiles, at-a-glance, and with at
    least 90 percent documented accuracy.
  3. I developed technologies that apply professional services and customized
mathematical equations that help solve six chronic personnel challenges
for employers, specifically, recruiting, selecting, managing, training,
retaining and promoting personnel. In one application the Technology was
given credit for helping an insurance company's growth from $500 million
    to $3.6 billion between 1990 and 2000, a 22 percent annually-compounded
    growth rate.
  4. I developed the technology that produces Character Quotients for four
important Values and an overall CQ, all scaled with the same properties
as IQ (Intelligence Quotient). The Technology is used to measure any
organization's Current Culture and provides for transitioning to a
targeted Preferred Culture. It also provides the operational definition
for stated (written) Core Values and converts those "statements" into
metrics used to objectively evaluate their achievement.
  5. I developed and validated customized assessment tools that provided the
content for two proprietary, one-page databases, each 144 pages in
length, one of which describes four factors of personality and the other
four factors of character, where reports include graphic profiles that
represent the Survey-Taker's personality or character, respectively, used to increase harmony in consumer applications and to build teams and decrease interpersonal conflict and turnover in the workplace.
  6. I designed, conducted and published findings for a study that led to
posting the following warning on all products containing Aspartame
including Equal, NutraSweet, diet colas, others: "WARNING:
    Phenylketonurics contains phenylalanine."
  7. I co-founded Computrition, Inc., a leading food service management
company, and as Vice President and Director of Research and Development,
I developed a 22,000 food item database that was approved by the USDA and
continues to be accessed by the Company's 600 software programs, providing dietary and food services relative to nutrient content of foods and pricing for
ingredients that make up recipes, menus and menu cycles, used by hospitals, nursing homes, universities, schools, hotels, large
    organizations and the US military.
  8. I developed devices for screening mentally retarded children in a statewide project in California, with 88 percent compliance, that led to enactment of
legislation for newborn screening for genetic disorders and which
resulted in screening 99 percent of all live births in the State since
1966, essentially providing early identification and treatment that has saved, and continues to save, the productive lives of hundreds of children.
  9. I designed, co-directed, served as Chief Biostatistican and published
several articles in peer review journals for the national Collaborative
Study of Children Treated for Phenylketonuria, an 18 year longitudinal
study in 16 university treatment centers involving seven professional
disciplines at each center. The Study concluded that proper dietary
treatment is completely effective in the normal development of the brain
in PKU children, such that, treated children had mean IQs of 100 and
their non-treated siblings had IQs of approximately 30, a mean
    difference of 70 IQ points.
