Steven Kingsley's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. Developed the Knowledge Science PC hypertext database and program. It is the theoretical framework of knowledge generation and use and the result of interdisciplinary studies in almost all fields of science. It works with proven, universal principles to show how to generate and manage knowledge, in order to create systems of all kinds and complexity.
  2. I developed a patented pickling technology to produce all kinds of pickled condiments rapidly (2-3 days) at 100% yield, which also eliminated the discharge of environmentally damaging brine. It is very inexpensive and scalable from small commercial kitchens to farms, to large scale production. Technology was licensed to McDonald's International's condiment suppliers.
  3. I developed a patented odor removal method for fresh and frozen seafood, using all natural ingredients in a inexpensive and scalable process.
  4. I developed the Instant Pickling technology to produce all kinds of pickled condiments in 5 minutes at 100% yield, which also eliminated the discharge of environmentally damaging brine. It is also very inexpensive and scalable from small commercial kitchens to farms, to large scale production.
  5. I developed a line of dessert coffees, utilizing the flavor aged coffees of the patented flavor aging process and also licensed them to Caffe Espress Co.
  6. I developed a patented flavor aging process for freshly roasted whole or ground coffee beans, that removes bitterness and allows for the use of environmentally friendly packaging, instead of laminated aluminum vacuum pouches. Technology was licensed to Caffe Espress Co. of Cranford NJ.
  7. I developed, produced, and sold a line of gourmet caffeinated marshmallows, called CaffeMallows, made with all natural ingredients and without corn syrup. They were sold under the Caffex brand online and in retail. They were written up in the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg BusinessWeek, amongst other publications.
  8. I developed and are still producing and selling a non-bitter caffeine powder, called CaffeinAll. It turns every food into an instant energy food and is sold under the Caffex brand online at Caffex.com, Amazon, and other stores.
