When condensation is accumulated on the leaf surface, many diseases can be formed, causing growth of pathogenic spores in the plant. The patented Dew Sensor simulated as artificial leaf, measures the condensation level on its surface to make sure no standing water exists and thereby reducing the probability for fungal diseases.
Patented Technology
The Dew Sensor is an innovative development of an "artificial leaf" which is the only accurate device capable of sensing when condensation does in fact occur. When the sensor detects condensation, it sends an electronic warning signal, which activates the current drying/heating equipment and thereby prevents the plant from germinating pathogenic spores. This method is highly efficient both by preventing diseases without using any disinfestations and by protecting the environment.
Optimum Performance
The Dew Sensor eliminates condensation by activating greenhouse fans, window vents, or other ventilation or heating equipment to dry the leaves whenever condensation is detected. This is done by sending electronic signal, which activates the heating device, subjected to user's decision. Its current loop interface allows for exact immediate control with no need for regular maintenance.
