This, plus your name, will be the only part of your profile that your Problem Solvers will see when you are part of a small team working on a problem. The purpose is to give you an opportunity to relate to your team members on a more personal level. Feel free to include hobbies, sports, and other interests.

IdeaConnection will pay Facilitators an award when a team's solution has been accepted by the Solution Seeker. The portion of the award allocated to the team is divided equally among team participants, i.e. the Facilitator and each Problem Solver receives an equal portion of the award.

You will be notified of the amount of payment you would receive for leading to a successful solution, when you are invited to Facilitate a team of Problem Solvers.

If the Solution Seeker does not accept a solution, then no payment is given.
