Acer AeroBlade Cooling Inspired by Owls

Aug-29-18 The Acer AeroBlade cooling system takes inspiration from an owl’s wing in flight for better cooling action.

Developed by Acer for use in their Predator Triton 900 gaming laptop, the fourth generation cooling system features serrated edge fan blades inspired by the wing tips of owls in flight. According to the team, the new design increases airflow more than ten percent over previous models while reducing noise.
