Circo Handle-Operated Dishwasher Saves Water, Time

The Circo manual dishwasher offers an affordable way for people to enjoy the convenience—and water-saving abilities—of an electric dishwasher, off-the-grid.Designed by student Chen Levin as part of a university project, the Circo is meant to sit in place of the dish-drying rack, where it can hold the dishes as they drip dry. A removable base tray in the unit holds the water, which is heated with a sodium acetate tablet that also assists in cleaning. As the unit is turned using the side-mounted handle, the centrifugal action sprays the water on the dishes, cleaning the entire load in less than a minute.
Levin has created the final stage prototype of his design, and is now seeking investors.

I AM VERY INTERESTED IN BUYING ONE OF THESE DISHWASHERS. FROM ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE IT APPEARS THAT IT IS NOT FOR SALE AS OF YET. IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET ON A MAILING LIST OR FIND OUT WHEN THEY ARE GOING INTO PRODUCTION. IT IS A GREAT IDEA FOR A SMALL HOUSEHOLD AND FOR SMALL NEW York CITY APARTMENTS.
