The clever little Firefly fire starter stick was created by Tortoise Gear to replace the rarely used toothpick, slipping into the vacated slot on the knife. Made using a custom-mixed sparking material said to be twice as easy to spark as a typical firesteel, the Firefly produces large, long lasting sparks, and can be used with any sharp tool to help start a fire. The Firefly also boasts a glow in the dark tip, to make it easy to find, and fits securely in the knife slot even after many uses.
