The material is made up of three plastic layers: a tough outer layer, center cushioning layer, and an adhesive layer facing inside that will adhere to itself. Once the item is wrapped, the Flex & Seal can be simply folded over with the gray layer touching, where it will form a sturdy seal without sticking to the item inside.
