FlowLight Do Not Disturb Office Light

FlowLight Do Not Disturb Office Light
May-05-17
The FlowLight system increases office productivity by letting co-workers know when you don’t want to be disturbed.

Developed by a scientist from the University of British Columbia, the FlowLight system tracks the user’s keyboard and mouse activity, triggering a red LED light if a great deal of activity is detected (indicating the worker is busy). Less mouse and keyboard activity will signal the light to turn green.

FlowLight developer, assistant professor Thomas Fritz, is now seeking ways to use biometric data for the same purposes, since not all work is done on the computer.
