Google Device Masks Odor, Helps Avoid Friends

Feb-13-15 Google's newly patented "fragrance emission device" will emit a pleasant scent to if it senses your body odor has risen to unpleasant levels.

The wearable device is equipped with sensors that track the body's sweat levels and temperature to determine the activity level of the user. If the device detects exertion levels that could lead to body odor, it will emit a neutralizing odor. For the extremely odor-conscious, the device will also communicate with social media channels to warn the user away from any friends in the area and provide an alternate route.
