June Brings a Bit of Glamour to UV Tracking

June Brings a Bit of Glamour to UV Tracking
Jun-26-14
The June UV tracking monitor is being marketed entirely at women, combining a nice-looking piece of jewelry with an equally valuable way to keep track of sun exposure.

Designed by Netatmo, already known for their devices that allow people to monitor their environment, the June tracker is in the form of a gemstone that can be worn on a bracelet or attached to clothing. The device was originally created with form in mind, so it can be worn every day, and eschews the usual array of visible electronics such as lights or buttons in order to achieve its sleek profile. The June communicates with iOS devices via Bluetooth, working with the companion app to monitor both real-time and accumulated sun exposure based on the user's skin type.
