Stepping beyond traditional baby monitors, the MonBaby clips to the infant's clothing to provide parents with more detailed information about their child's current activity.

The button-shaped MonBaby device is equipped with sensors able to detect breath rate, sleep position and movement. Once the device is attached to the child's clothing, it will being gathering data that is sent wirelessly to a paired smartphone running the companion app. The system will keep track of the baby's stats over time, and will also send an alert if the child stops breathing, rolls onto its stomach or falls out of the crib.
