T-Pod Remote-Controlled Cargo Truck

Jul-06-17 The T-Pod electric transport vehicle from Einride is driven by remote control, keeping the humans at home.

Still in the prototype phase, the T-Pod will be able to carry up to 15 standard pallets of cargo 124 miles on a single charge. A remote operator at a central facility would control the vehicle, though the team plans to augment the T-Pod with some autonomous driving capabilities.
