System to handle samples taken under pressure has a sealed transfer mechanism into a vessel to maintain the pressure and temperature conditions of the sampling point

The system is for handling and/or study of samples gathered under pressure, to maintain the pressure conditions of the sample environment. The holder for the test object has a ball valve (3) for a fluid- and pressure-tight sealing of the sample holding zone. A coupling (6) gives a gas- and pressure-tight connection to an additional vessel (5). A telescopic threaded spindle, with a motor drive, moves the sample along a tube (1) into the additional vessel for measurement and investigation under a constant pressure and temperature.
