Millimeter Wave Band Irreversible Element

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been extremely difficult to implement a millimeter wave band irreversible element appropriate for practical use since the irreversible element of 30 GHz to 300 GHz using a conventional magnetic material such as spinel ferrite or garnet ferrite requires a huge permanent magnet. ; SOLUTION: The millimeter wave band irreversible element uses a magnetic material which is expressed by a chemical formula of MxFe2-xO3, where 0
The inventors of the present invention have redoubly studied the possibility of solving technological problems described above by using, as a material for the nonreciprocal device, the magnetic material which has [epsilon]-Fe2O3 ([epsilon]-phase hematite) as a skeleton and is obtained by substituting part of Fe elements with other element to exhibit nonreciprocal property in a short wave length region and by using the magnetic material as the nonreciprocal device to complete the present invention.
