Experienced Facilitators and team leaders are wanted. You will be invited to facilitate particular challenges and lead a team of Problem Solvers to achieve a successful result.

IdeaConnection chooses a Facilitator to lead each team involved in the collaborative problem solving process. You will receive emails that will invite you to facilitate a particular challenge. The email will detail what the challenge is about, and show the amount of money that you will receive, if your team's solution is accepted by the Solution Seeker.
