PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunogen for inducing antibodies that neutralize a wide spectrum of HIV primary isolates, and a method for inducing anti-HIV antibodies using the immunogen. ; SOLUTION: There is provided a fusion protein comprising an IgG Fc component, an HIV envelope component, and a C3d component. The IgG Fc component is present in the fusion protein N-terminal to the HIV envelope component.
