Retention of Spice and Flavorings – a global food manufacturer is seeking to identify ingredients, formulations, technologies or process methods to increase consumer perception of flavor intensity while using less flavor ingredients in salty snacks and hot cereals.
Among the criteria that the technologies must fulfill are to enhance flavor delivery within the first 30 seconds of food consumption and enhance flavor intensity over the bowl-life of a freshly prepared hot cereal. Advanced Skin Care – a client is seeking a higher level of skin care performance for new and existing products. The Client is interested in building a knowledge base of skin care technologies that address a number of goals.
These include technologies applicable in topical products than can produce observable skin repair in a short space of time (i.e., less than eight hours) and technologies that can measurably improve the skin’s intrinsic ability to withstand chemical, microbiological, or physical environmental insults.
