Eric Robinson

Eric Robinson I was a Head Hunter at one point in time and recruited all types: Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Facilities management, project management, manufacturing, procurement, finance, etc. I enjoyed probing my candidates for problems and issues they faced and how they dealt with them. They often thought I was a subject matter expert in their area, but I asked very basic common sense questions, as this gave me insight into their world and issues they faced. I was able to effective deal with all in an effective manner and was able to provide them with solutions, which some implemented.

In my current job I talk with CEO's running companies with sales between $1 million and $400 million and my job is to probe their particular situation and develop financial solutions that solve their most critical problems. I have helped grow our volume from $0 to $700 million in less than 3 years.
