Ejector Intended for Submarine Runners Located on the Fixed Parts of Thermoplastic Injection Moulds

The invention consists of: a metal rod (1) made from tempered, nitrided steel, having a size and geometrical shape that vary depending on the size of the runner and the thermoplastic part to be ejected, with cylindrical models being the most commonly used; a lower body (2); and a mushroom-shaped head (3) which represents the main characteristic of the invention and prevents functional wear due to friction, reducing the high risk of damage to the mould, as well as providing the resulting savings in time and money.
