The invention includes inhibiting ligands, receptors, or pathways of TLR7, and/or IL- 12, and/or IL-23, and/or IL- 17 singly or in any combination using pharmacologic means, which includes agonist binding, antagonist binding and subsequent effects, and binding and subsequent effects of drugs or molecules that have variable or mixed effects on the TLR7 signaling pathway, and/or the IL- 12, and/or IL-23, and/or IL-17 pathways, whether singly or in any combination.
