The present disclosure features, inter alia, receptor-targeting reagents (e.g., immunotoxic receptor-targeting reagents), which are useful in, e.g., methods of binding a receptor-targeting reagent to a cell and methods for treating a variety of disorders such as, but not limited to, cancers and inflammatory disorders.
