Medical Implant for Treating Arthritis in Joints of the Human Or Animal Body
The invention relates to a medical implant for treating arthritis in joints of the human or animal body, in particular in the knee joint of a patient. In order to prevent extensive means for inserting stable plates in the gap of the knee joint, the invention provides two magnet bodies (9, 10; 20) that can be inserted in two opposite joint parts (1, 2), wherein the polarity of the magnetic body (9, 10; 20) associated with a joint is of the same name.
