Antibodies to analyze the levels of the PICK1 protein and the phosphorylation of Ser880 of the AMPA receptor GluR2 subunit. Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) PICK1 has been shown to regulate the synaptic targeting of the AMPA receptors, thus the use of these novel antibodies may allow the measurement of this effect in the analysis of efficient signal transduction.
