MEK KO Lines for Drug Discovery

MEK knockout in human colorectal cancer cell line HCT116. Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) MAP kinase/ERK kinase (MEK) is the specific activator of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and is part of a signaling pathway with a pivotal role in the control of cellular proliferation.
